It’s good on its own, but there are many things you can make using Oreo. And this is one of them, Oreo Milk Pudding. This recipe calls for tiny amount of agar and jelly powder because I like soft pudding instead of firm, but feel free to add more to your preference. Chill in fridge before serving.
I asked Kevin, he said it was a little too sweet for him but my sister said it’s just enough, so.. depending on your taste, you probably want to add less, and adjust later. And about the oreo, it will taste better if you blend it, because soggy cookies is just not my liking but again.. feel free. The most important things are the milk and whipped cream powder to enchance the rich flavor.
Oreo Milk Pudding
For 3 servings
- 600 ml milk
- 80 gr sugar or depending on your preference
- 2-3 tbsp whipped cream powder or powdered creamer
- 1/4 tsp jelly powder
- 1/4 tsp agar powder
- 5-7 oreo sandwich, blend or crushed
- more oreo for topping
